Bit of a sneak peek at a logo I’m currently working on for one of my fave clients based in Berlin. It’s for an upcoming Electronic music website. A few tweaks to make but I’m really pleased with it! The best news is the client loves it too! Let me know what you think lovely tumblr folks :) Bit of a sneak peek at a logo I’m currently working on for one of my fave clients based in Berlin. Working on this lil guy today while I have some down time. Quite like the owl design but in hindsight I’d rather have made him symmetrical so he’d make a lush tattoo! Some interior shots of the sagrada familia, which don’t in any way do this spectacular building justice. The use of light and colour was beautiful. I’d absolutely recommend a trip here if ever in Barcelona. Book make sure to book as it’s very busy! In Barcelona for a couple of days and went to the sagrada familia today to see Gaudi’s architectural masterpiece. It was the most stunning religious building I’ve ever been in. I found the basement massively interesting as it contained lots of Gaudi’s original models for how he wanted the building to be constructed. The man was definitely a genius! So here’s the finished piece. Decided on a stitched silver thread to tie the watercolour together. I really like it and hope to do more, possibly with watercolour ink instead of paint. Experimenting is awesome! So here’s the finished piece. Decided on a stitched silver thread to tie the watercolour together. After several weeks of gallery trips & inspiration, thought I’d put paintbrush to page again over the Easter weekend and get some painting done. Loving this yellow watercolour, but got a few more experimentations to do before I’ll be happy with it I expect. Just a few more of the modern art masterpieces from Amsterdam’s Stedelijk gallery. By far my favourite in Amsterdam with FOAM coming a close 2nd. Both are worth the trip to the dam alone, but the delicious pancakes and huge selections of Dutch beers definitely helped :) Just a few more of the modern art masterpieces from Amsterdam’s Stedelijk gallery. Currently in Amsterdam exploring this wonderful city’s art, architecture and food. I’m staying in the docklands area of the city, which looks like the city planners commissioned the architects to design and build as many cool crazy buildings as possible. My hotel itself is a design hotel and has loads of exhibitions within it. Aside from being exhausted from hiking up and down the city, I’m loving it! Surprisingly my fave museum so far is the cheese museum, as it lets you sample loads of free cheese! Yum! Currently in Amsterdam exploring this wonderful city’s art, architecture and food. Visited castlefield art gallery’s show at Federation House tonight to support my curator friend Mark Devreux’s show and check out the local Manchester art talent. My favourite piece was the red painting done by a member of Pool Arts, a local arts charity that supports artists with mental illness. Beautiful work. Went to visit the Joana Vasconcelos exhibition at Manchester art gallery today. Totally fell in love with the Marie Antoinette helicopter made of Swarovski crystals and pink ostrich feathers. Loads of hand made textiles in the exhibition too, they must have taken ages!

Not sure the exhibition is worth £7.50 considering exhibitions at MAG are usually free and a lot of her work is available to view for free dotted about the gallery anyway.

Still worth a trip in my opinion though! Went to visit the Joana Vasconcelos exhibition at Manchester art gallery today.
